配合本案，本行客戶統一證號變更相關作業說明如下：
一、辦理方式：持原留印鑑至本行任一分行或以郵寄方式辦理。
二、應備文件：外來人口統一證號變更同意書（如附件）。
三、其他應注意事項：
(一) 如您已至本行辦妥新式統一證號變更手續：
1.申辦網路銀行者，請即改以新式統一證號及原設定之使用者代號及密碼登入。
2.以本行帳戶辦理薪資入帳、代扣公共事業費用等，請洽相關單位同步變更您的統一證號，以免款項入帳或扣款失敗。
(二)以信用卡繳稅或帳戶直撥退稅時應注意申報統一證號與留存本行之統一證號是否相符，以免影響您的權益。
(三)欲瞭解更多「外來人口新式統一證號」的訊息，可至內政部移民署網頁查詢(https://www.immigration.gov.tw/5385/7445/238440/)，或撥打各服務站電話、1996內政服務熱線或外來人士在臺生活諮詢服務熱線（0800-024-111），以得知更多訊息。

The followings are the related operations to change New UI No. for our clients:
1.Procedure of application: Please bring your authorized seal and go to any branch of our bank or by mail.
2.Required documents: UI No. CHANGE AGREEMENT FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS(Please see appendix).
3.Other matters for attention:
(1) If you have completed the procedures for changing the new UI No. at our bank:
A. If you had applied for online banking, please log in with the new UI No. and the original user code and password.
B. If you use your HWATAIBANK account for salary entry or withholding of public utility expenses, etc. Please confirm that you have completed the new UI No. changing procedure to avoid affecting your rights and interests.
(2) Please be informed that the ARC No. filled in the individual income tax return shall be the same as the one kept by bank, otherwise tax payment by credit card or tax refund through money transfer will fail.
